      Our staff members are highly educated with various college degrees, with some carrying additional state permits for teaching early childhood education.

History

Children's World was started in 1967 as a non-denominational school providing programing and curriculum for children ages 2 years 9 months to 5 years of age. Since it's inception it has grown in size, provided more choices in programing and continues to provide excellent services to all families. Our classes are structured to be small with a 1:8 or 1:12 ratio.The benefit of small classrooms is for building better realtionships with the teacher and the child's peers.

We are a caring, loving staff that provides varied opportunities for growth in physical, emotional, and cognitive skill areas. We encourage children to make good choices, use critical thinking skills, be creative, resolve conflicts constructively and have a sense of compassion for others.

We know  your child will benefit from our program with the love and professionalism of our staff. Your child will graduate to Kindergarden with the necessary skills to be successful in the beginning of his/her elementary school education.
